Do you offer free fitness consultations?
We offer a free personalized fitness assessment by phone with each client. During this conversation, we get to know more about your health and fitness history, as well as what your fitness goals and motivations are. This assessment, which typically lasts about one hour, allows us to customize a fitness program specifically to meet your needs so that the first time we meet with you, we are ready to get started on your fitness program. -
Where do you offer your personal training services?
We offer personal training services in Fort Lauderdale, Victoria Park, Rio Vista, Wilton Manors, Hollywood, Davie and Plantation, Florida. We’ll come directly to your home or office, or we can meet you at a local park, on the beach or just about anywhere in the area that you would like to work out. -
Do I have to buy any equipment?
We bring all equipment needed for you to perform your fitness routine, get in shape, lose weight and feel great! -
I don’t have much time in my schedule. How can I fit in an exercise routine?
Our goal is to make fitness simple for you! That’s why we work around your schedule and come to your home or office. No need to run to the gym or stick to a stringent exercise class schedule. We’ll come to you at your convenience – before work, at lunchtime or any time that fits in your busy day. -
Who will be my personal trainer?
FitBodz is a family-based business run by Scott and Marni Rapoport. Both Scott and Marni are experienced Certified Personal Trainers and train all clients personally. -
What if I need to contact you for additional advice or motivation?
We pride ourselves on being very hands-on with each of our clients. We give out our phone number and email address and invite our clients to call, text or email us whenever they have a question, are going through a challenge or simply need a bit of extra encouragement. Whether you have a question about a specific food in the supermarket or need a pep talk before heading out to a party, we strive to offer that extra personal touch to help our clients achieve success. -
How do you ensure that I keep seeing results?
We continually assess your progress throughout your training program to better ensure that you continue to see results. By changing up your routine often, we help you avoid plateaus or push through them when they occur. -
If I am in a group session, will I have to do the same things as the rest of the group?
We specialize in customizing programs for each person so that even during group sessions, we provide personalized attention and an individualized program for each person geared specifically to unique fitness levels and goals. -
How do I pay for my personal training sessions?
You can choose to pay the full amount for your program when you start at a discounted rate, or you can select a payment plan that works best for you. -
Do I lose sessions if I can’t make them?
As long as you let us know in advance (with 24 hours notice) that you cannot make a session, you can reschedule the session at no additional charge. Your sessions don’t expire and you can use them whenever you want.
